Advent 2018

Sometimes I think we expect that our faith and life of faith should be one of gentle peacefulness occasionally punctuated by moments of inconvenience, but the opposite is true. God is not interested in developing a group of self-satisfied, sleepy followers who occasionally have to wake-up to do something! He is interested in developing these amazing creatures created in His image called human beings to be more like Him. The story of Mary is one of a person blessed by the inconvenience of God.
