Jesus doesn’t say that much about children, but when he does it is deep and always intensely caring. This section of Matthew is unique in how Jesus ties together the concepts of trust, accountability, and holding precious that which God holds precious.
Matthew 18:3-4
And he said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
