Physical proximity does not mean closeness. In the same way that we can be in proximity with others but fail to touch their lives so too can we be proximity with Jesus but fail to actually have our lives touched. Sharpening our sense of spiritual touch can enable us to be more effective in impacting the lives around us for the better.
