SUMMARY
Starting today the book of Romans takes a decidedly deeper turn into the concepts of sin, death (both spiritual and physical), the role of the law, and the effect of all these concepts on the biggest concept of all which is life. It starts to place into context the “why” of the world and what it means to have life in Christ now and for eternity.
12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned– 13 for before the law was given, sin was in the world. But sin is not taken into account when there is no law.
