Our Vision: To Seek the lost and make disciples of the kids in our area.
Our Theme: Exploration and discovery
We are here in a beautiful forest setting and we want to bring this exploration metaphor to life. We want to help kids explore and discover what it means to have a vital, active relationship with the God who loves them and created them.
The kids are divided into age-groups in order to help them better interact with their peers and make the most of their lessons and time together. You can see the breakdown of the groups on the right.
Our programs use prepared materials that are easy to execute and kids love.
That means it is easy to be a volunteer. Helpers do not need to have previous experience working with kids, nor do you need to be a full member of IBCD. You need to have a relationship with Christ and be a regular part of the body of IBCD. There will be training provided and a background check for the protection of the kids.
Hikers: 2 & 3 year olds – Getting the little ones used to the Sunday School program while having fun and learing how God loves them.
Explorers: 4 – 7 year olds – Strengthening their foundation through engaging activities, Biblical stories, and memory verses.
Trailblazers: 8 – 12 year olds – Educating our children using a fun program that takes them through the entire. They can learn that the Bible is not just a bunch of little separate stories, but rather see how God’s love for us is woven through the entire events of the Bible and how it impacts our lives today.
