The Book of Romans, Part 31

Living in Righteousness

AUDIO ONLY

SUMMARY

Righteousness is kind of a funny thing. Do you often “feel” righteous? To be righteous means to be right with God. In the New Testament sense that Paul writes about it, it means to have been “made right” with God, by God. Righteousness is not so much what we do rather than what we are. If you by faith acknowledge your sin, embrace the sacrifice of Jesus as your own, and give your life over to God, you are then deemed “righteous” in the eyes of God.

Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
